Julie is an experienced UKCP reg Group Analytic Psychotherapist working in the NHS with clients who have severe personality disorder. Prior to this she worked in Child and adolescent mental health services with young people and their families. Julie offers both individual and group psychotherapy to clients of all ages with a variety of difficulties, she is a published author in her field. Julie is also working towards accreditation as an EMDR practitioner for clients who present with trauma.

Christine has been trained in the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in her professional practice. CBT is what is known as an 'Evidence Based' therapy and has undergone a multitude of clinical trials to prove its effectiveness at treating many different psychological difficulties. It uses a pragmatic, humanistic and solution-focused approach to working with clients and treatment is usually tailored to a client’s unique needs. She is NHS and GP surgery experienced in offering help with Eating Related Disorders including Obesity, Compulsive Eating, Anorexia, Body Image and Bulimia. Specialising in Food Addiction and Eating Disorders. Christine is also an EMDR Practitioner working with Trauma and Pain.
